A coaching license in any of the grades allows the person to be compensated for the coaching services as a salary, honorarium or wage for the services of theirs. As a novice however, it may not be automatic that you will attain full coaching status of seasoned teams. In such cases therefore, the probability of starting as an assistant coach is high.
